Hampshire, the original 18-hole course, was designed by golf architect Edward Lawrence Packard of La Grange, Illinois. The greens were constructed by Robert E. Dustin a well-known Pro and Greens Superintendent. The gently rolling terrain of Hampshire, with it's open front nine and wooded back nine is a Classic – Beautiful – Challenging 18-hole course built in 1961.

Dogwood, the second 18-hole course, was designed by Duane Dammeyer of Indianapolis, Indiana and opened in 1995. The mostly wooded and rolling terrain of Dogwood provide a scenic view and a delight for any shot maker.
